To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please observe the following policies: 🐾 Pet Policy • Pets must be leashed whenever outside your unit. • Please clean up after your pet immediately. • Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. • Complimentary pet beds and bowls are available upon request. • A pet cleaning fee applies to all pets due to the additional cleaning required for future guests. 🚭 Smoking Policy • Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside all units. • A $250 cleaning and remediation fee will be charged for violations, plus any additional damages or lost revenue if necessary. 🏊 Pool Rules • Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. • No diving. • No running or horseplay around the pool deck. • NO GLASS CONTAINERS OR GLASSWARE IN THE POOL AREA. • Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. • Please exercise caution when entering and exiting the pool. • Keep the pool gate closed and securely latched after entering or leaving. • Guests assume all risks associated with pool use. ⚠️ General Safety • Guests are responsible for supervising children and pets at all times. • Please respect quiet hours and fellow guests. • Use all property amenities at your own risk. • Studios 17 is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property resulting from guests' use of the premises or amenities. • Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly so we can address them. We hope you have an incredible stay at Studios 17! 🌴 A couple of additional provisions I'd strongly consider for Texas STRs: No roughhousing, intoxicated swimming, or climbing pool fencing. Wet surfaces may be slippery. No unattended minors anywhere on the property amenities. Guests are financially responsible for damages caused by themselves, children, or pets. Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the amenity areas without refund.
